This holiday house (parcel: 3000m2) for 4 persons is situated between Filipstad and Nykroppa, surrounded by forests and lakes, yet close to civilization. The village  Gammalkroppa is situated nearby (800 Mtr). The house is situated within walking distance (800 mtr) of the Yngen lake. There is a small sandy beach with platform. In the nearby  ‘Västra Skärjen’ lake you can fish for trout.  The surrounding area offers various walking routes. There are plenty of (cross-country) skiing and cycling possibilities. The house was completely renovated in the winter of 2007/2008 and has been decorated with new furniture. The house offers everything to guarantee a pleasant stay. The house can be rent throughout the whole year. A värmepump was installed in 2009, which can be used as airconditioning in summer.
From your garden chair you can enjoy peace and space. In the morning and during the evening elks and roes will visit you. If you decide to make a walk, you might observe other animals such as: deers, foxes, lynxes, badgers, gluttons, common cranes etc. And of course the beavers in and around the Krampsången lake, 1 km from the house.

Lay-out  upstairs: bedroom with 1 double bed; bedroom with 2 single beds.
